Our subs are made with FRESH rolls baked every day before we open. When you order a pizza from us, we cut our fresh dough specifically for your pie. Thick, thin, or regular, we hand-knead and toss your pizza from a dough-ball into a fresh pie just for you. No frozen manufactured dough or canned sauces, Pete and Peg mix it all up fresh themselves!

Meet the owners and operators, Pete and Peg, they arrive hours before Amy Rose opens every morning to fire up the ovens and fryers, bake our sub rolls, and prepare the restaurant for business. Planning a business meeting around lunch time? Call in as early as 8:30 or 9am! Breakfast pizza or danish tray delivery during breakfast hours? No problem!

Every weekend, Peg bakes up delicious home-made cookies of spectacular variety. During the day, you’ll often find both Pete and Peg hard at work together among the hot ovens alongside their cooks. They also close up every night, keeping our drivers delivering right up to closing time and preparing for the next day. Dough, sauces and soups are prepared with an expert hand. Many customers call every day to find out what soups and other specials are featured for the day. Pete’s soups and pasta specials are sensational, and Peg’s personally-selected slice of the day disappears fast over lunch!
